About the job
The work involves registering cases, handling mail, some archival work, switchboard duties, and reception work. Since we are a small work group, the role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to daily changes when needed.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the agency's documents are handled in accordance with current legislation regarding registration, receiving visitors, and forwarding calls.

You will
- ensure that documents created or received via post or email are registered and handled according to applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures
- perform routine archival tasks
- serve as the face of the Swedish Transport Agency and handle customer interactions via phone and in-person visits at our reception.
You must have
- completed upper secondary education
- current experience with registration in the W3D3 diary system
- current experience working as a switchboard operator
- current experience with the ACE telephone system
- current experience working within the public sector
- very good ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish
- good ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in English.
It is meritorious if you also have
- administrative training.

More information
The employment is fixed-term (SÄVA) until January 15, 2027, with the possibility of extension, located in Norrköping. We would like you to start in August 2026. We normally apply a probationary period. An employment with us may involve security clearance. A security investigation with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our security-classified tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
