We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a leading international technology and industrial company in Finspång. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to attract, recruit, and secure future talent while acting as a strategic partner to the business. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process and act as a support to managers and the business regarding talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. You work closely with hiring managers and internal partners to create efficient and high-quality recruitment processes that contribute to long-term success.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Be the main point of contact and advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive recruitment efforts in close collaboration with internal support functions and the business.
• Build strong relationships with managers to understand the business's talent needs and future recruitment challenges.
• Provide market insights regarding talent acquisition, the labor market, and the competitive landscape.
• Analyze recruitment data and use insights to recommend future recruitment strategies.
• Stay updated on trends within the labor market, employer branding, and recruitment.
• Actively work to promote diversity, inclusion, and equal treatment throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods, processes, and candidate experience.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition from a company, recruitment agency, or RPO operation.
• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in building long-term relationships with managers and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working in a data-driven manner.
• Ability to translate market insights and statistics into concrete recommendations.
• A consultative approach with a focus on quality, service, and business value.
• A genuine interest in people, talent development, and modern recruitment methods.
