We work to combat poverty and vulnerability by promoting children's rights in 16 countries.

In Sweden, our children's rights work is primarily conducted through Erikshjälpen Framtidsverkstad (Future Workshop), in close collaboration with our second-hand stores. In total, we operate around 50 Erikshjälpen Second Hand stores in Sweden and Norway. One of Erikshjälpen Second Hand's missions is to generate as much surplus as possible for the children's rights organization Erikshjälpen.

  • self-reliant, responsible, and enjoy working in a goal-oriented and structured manner to develop the operation and drive processes forward.

You have:

  • relevant post-secondary education in fields such as health, pedagogy, social work, human rights, or equivalent work experience assessed by the employer as equivalent.
  • experience in social work with people in vulnerable life situations.
  • experience in building relationships with children and young people.
  • experience working in or collaborating with the non-profit sector and public authorities.
  • share Our Values which are based on three fundamental principles; the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Erik's spirit, and a Christian view of humanity.
