We are now looking for a HR Assistant for a summer job in Linköping for one of our clients. This position is suitable for those studying HR, human resources, behavioral science, or similar fields who want to gain practical experience in HR during the summer.

As an HR Assistant, you will support the HR department in daily operations and gain a broad insight into HR processes. The role is operational and administrative with varying tasks.

• Administrative support to the HR team
• Management of personnel documentation and records
• Assistance in recruitment processes (advertising, selection, booking interviews)
• Onboarding and introduction of new staff
• Answering basic HR-related questions from employees
• Other administrative tasks within HR

• Ongoing university or college studies in HR, human resources, economics, or similar
• Good administrative skills and structure
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills and good knowledge of the Office suite

Meritorious

• Previous experience in HR, administration, or recruitment
• Experience with HR systems or payroll systems
• Studies focused on labor law or organization

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, service-oriented, and has an interest in HR issues. You enjoy administrative tasks and find it easy to collaborate with others.
