🌟 The role involves being a "spider in the web" and working closely with both the finance and HR teams. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in Hogia Lön and have experience with the agreement for Sweden's Teachers.
✔ A post-secondary education in payroll.
✔ Good computer skills and strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. You have a digital mindset and are curious about smart system solutions.
To succeed in the role, we know that you are✔ Solution-oriented and flexible, with the ability to create structure and clarity in your processes even when circumstances change. You are a self-starter who drives yourself forward and is not afraid to pitch in where needed.
✔ Friendly, empathetic, and resilient under stress. You maintain calm and professionalism even during intense periods with deadlines. You easily build good relationships and are an unpretentious team player who spreads positive energy.
ConditionsThe position is based in Norrköping. We work together from our beautifully located office, as we believe in the value of daily collaboration and the community it creates.
Employment rate: 100%.
Employment type: Permanent. A probationary period applies.
Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
Application deadline: February 1, 2026. Recruitment is ongoing; this may mean that the process ends before the application deadline.
We strive to offer a non-discriminatory and inclusive recruitment process. We look forward to receiving your application, where we request your CV but you do not need to send a personal letter. To learn a little more about you, we instead ask that you answer a number of questions that you will find if you click through to the application. If you proceed after the application, you may receive a link to a psychological test. The tests we use are based on current research and serve as support in the assessment.
Our recruitment processes consist of several steps, often more than one interview. We believe it is extremely important to give ourselves the time needed to get a good picture of each other - you should choose us, and we should choose you! Occasionally, there are many applicants for a position, which may extend the process for that reason. However, you can be assured that we do everything we can to keep you updated and provide feedback along the way.
