Your tasks
Being an administrator with us means being a support to management and operations, and you will be responsible for staffing our preschools. You will have daily contact and provide service to managers and employees. You are therefore important as the face of the organization.
The position with us means that you will work part-time with daily staffing and scheduling, i.e., you are responsible for ensuring that staffing at preschools works according to current circumstances and ensuring that everyone’s schedules are correct. The other half of your time will involve various administrative tasks such as personnel and payroll administration, student administration, and invoice handling. The administrative systems primarily used are Heroma, IST, W3D3, and Unit4. Even though the tasks are performed with different administrative tools, the assignment fundamentally revolves around providing service. You will be part of an administrative network where there is an opportunity to exchange experiences, receive information, and professional development aimed at your profession.
Your workplace
Preschool Area 2 in Ljungsbro consists of 5 preschools of varying sizes that work together towards common goals. The area includes preschools in Ljungsbro and Berg.
As an administrator, you will be part of a team with the principal and assistant principals. We are located at Centralplan 1 in Ljungsbro.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma. We see that you have experience working with administration, and we would prefer if you have experience in payroll, finance, and/or personnel administration. If you have experience in administration within public operations, we consider it an advantage, as well as experience working in preschools. It is also advantageous if you have experience with payroll and/or financial systems.
You have good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish, as this is a prerequisite for performing the required documentation and communication with others.
To succeed in the role, you need to be able to work independently and plan and prioritize your work effectively. Furthermore, you need to take great responsibility for your area of work and meet deadlines. You have good service skills and can identify the needs within the administrative assignment. Additionally, you collaborate well with others and can easily adapt to changing circumstances.
