We at Vaccinova are now looking for a dedicated and driven Operations Manager responsible for operational development and who wants to help expand our business throughout Sweden.

About Vaccinova

Vaccinova is one of Sweden's leading vaccinators with a strong focus on safety and health. We are specialists in vaccination and currently operate at over 190 locations across the country, both through our own vaccination clinics and with our partners.

About the position

As an Operations Manager with us, you will have strategic and operational responsibilities for:

• Startup of new units

• Development, optimization, and expansion of existing operations

• Adapting the business according to market needs and company goals

• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners

You will also have personnel responsibility for the company's coordinators and work closely with other parts of the organization to ensure efficient operations and high quality.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in sales (leadership experience is a plus)

• Is self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented

• Is service-minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

• Has good collaboration skills and easily builds relationships

• A valid driver's license (B) is required

• Travel for work is expected
