We are looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented Quality Coordinator for our service office in Skänninge. In this operational role, you will be an important part of the purchasing organization, working to ensure that the products sold in our ÖoB stores meet the right quality requirements and are safe for our customers.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Ensuring that our products meet relevant quality requirements, laws, regulations, and standards as well as our internal quality requirements.
• Training and supporting our purchasing teams and suppliers in how to best interpret and implement product requirements in daily operations within the areas of quality, environment, health, and safety.
• Reviewing and approving test reports and analysis results for products.
• Reviewing and approving regulatory texts, labeling on consumer packaging, and instruction manuals.
• Being responsible for documentation and coordination of complaint cases and leading investigations and handling deviations.
• Providing support to customer service and stores regarding complaints and product quality.
• Participating in internal quality work to continuously improve our processes and follow up on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Your skills and experiences:

We are looking for someone with experience in working with product quality, complaints, and product legislation, preferably within manufacturing, retail of consumer goods, or government.

As a person, you are meticulous and structured, have a holistic view and good process understanding. You are independent, take initiative, and enjoy taking responsibility and making decisions in line with the company's values and goals. You are driven to find improvement opportunities and take ownership to implement them. You have good collaboration skills, are positive, and put the team before yourself.

Since the role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, you need to be able to express yourself professionally and be representative, businesslike, and have high integrity.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Relevant higher education with a focus on quality management within the grocery and daily goods trade or manufacturing industry.
• Technical understanding and experience of consumer product legislation within Swedish and European product safety legislation.
• Experience working in a commercial environment with fast-moving consumer goods, such as electrical and electronic products, toys, textiles, cosmetics, food, pet food, food contact products, personal protective equipment, and home furnishings.
• Experience in product complaint investigations.
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

The position is permanent, full-time, and based at our service office in Skänninge, with travel required. As a Quality Coordinator, you will report to the Quality Manager but work closely with all colleagues in the Assortment and Purchasing departments in Sweden, Norway, and China.
