We are now looking for a training coordinator for our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development opportunities. This is a consulting assignment for approximately 4 months via Unik Resurs during a parental leave. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.
Responsibilities and Duties
Do you want to help ensure high quality in our training programs and ensure that the right skills are in place within the organization? We are now looking for a structured and committed training coordinator for a temporary parental leave replacement.
About the Role
As a training coordinator, you will have overall responsibility for both long-term and short-term planning as well as scheduling of our training programs. You will work closely with internal and external partners and be a key person in structuring, developing, and streamlining our training processes. A central part of the role is the ongoing dialogue with external training providers and internal subject experts to ensure the right content, high quality, and effective resource use.
Tasks
As a training coordinator, you will, among other things:
- Independently plan and schedule training sessions with a focus on quality and effective resource use
- Coordinate and maintain ongoing dialogue with external providers and internal trainers, including booking trainers, obtaining quotes, and confirming arrangements and times
- Ensure that training sessions have the right facilities and technology, and be responsible for practical preparations such as refreshments and training materials
- Manage bookings and participant administration, including invitations, participant lists, confirmations, and follow-up on attendance
- Administer training documentation and follow up on quality through evaluations and improvement measures
- Drive continuous improvements in working methods within training planning and supplier collaboration
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- Post-secondary education in pedagogy, HR, administration, or another relevant field
- Documented experience in planning and scheduling training programs
- Experience with supplier contacts and collaboration with internal trainers or teachers
- Very good organizational and administrative skills as well as strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you have experience with SAP, planning tools, and digital training platforms or LMS.
