About the Position

Siemens Energy is now looking for a Business Controller to join their Business Controlling team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business and contribute with analyses and decision-making support that impact the company's financial development. You will be involved in monitoring results, budgets, and forecasts, as well as developing financial processes in an international and dynamic environment.

The position offers significant room for personal responsibility and the opportunity to develop both the business and your own skills in controlling and financial analysis.

Main Responsibilities

Analyze and monitor the income statement (P&L) and KPIs within your area of responsibility (e.g., Absorption, SG&A, and Gross Profit)
Present financial analyses and results in a transparent and clear manner to management
Work with closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the site and business unit
Collaborate closely with Business Area (BA) and other commercial functions within Siemens Energy's global organization
Support the business in financial matters
Develop, streamline, and digitalize financial processes

About You

We are looking for someone with 1–5 years of experience in Business Controlling, business economics, accounting, or similar. You have a bachelor's degree in business economics or equivalent commercial education.

You are structured, efficient, and enjoy working in teams. You have strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in understanding and developing the business. You are proactive and driven to improve workflows and processes.

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement.

Important for the Position

1–5 years of relevant experience in controlling/economics
Academic degree in business economics or equivalent
Good analytical skills and business understanding
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Experience with SAP is highly desirable
Ability to communicate financial information clearly and pedagogically
Fluent in English

This is a consulting assignment via Adecco starting on 9/2 or by agreement. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
