About the Position

As an HR Advisor for a client in Linköping, you will provide support in HR and payroll to managers, administrators, and employees. You will handle issues related to employment, salary, collective agreements, and HR systems. The work involves both telephone and case management, where you provide guidance and find solutions in daily operations.

The assignment is a consulting position with employment at Poolia for 1 year with the possibility of extension. Desired start date is negotiable.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a degree from an HR program or equivalent experience. You have good knowledge of payroll and HR administration and enjoy solving issues in dialogue with others.

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

Working with the collective agreement General Terms (AB)
Administration in HR and payroll systems
Service or consulting in the HR or payroll area.

You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish, are meticulous, and have a structured approach to work. As a person, you are responsible, socially competent, and have a professional demeanor in service. You appreciate collaboration but can also work independently. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.
