We are now looking for a Training Coordinator who wants to work with both long-term and short-term training planning in a dynamic organization. This is a role suitable for you who thrive in a coordinating position with many points of contact and want to contribute to developing and improving training processes.

The office is located in Finspång, and the desired start date is March 2, 2026. The assignment is a consulting role initially extending to July 3, 2026, with the possibility of extension, where you will be employed as a consultant through The Place and work with our client.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Independently plan and schedule training sessions focusing on effective resource utilization and quality

• Maintain ongoing dialogue and coordination with external training providers and internal teachers/subject matter experts

• Ensure that training sessions have the right venues, technology, materials, and manage practical preparations

• Handle bookings and participant administration such as invitations, participant lists, confirmations, and attendance tracking

• Drive improvement work within training planning and supplier collaboration

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• Post-secondary education in pedagogy, HR, administration, or a similar field

• Previous work experience in planning and coordinating training

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• SAP

• Planning tools and/or digital training platforms
