Your responsibilities

Lead team and operations

• Be responsible for the operations in Norrköping with personnel and financial responsibility
• Build a well-functioning team within technology, project management, and sales
• Create structure, plan resources, and ensure quality in deliveries

Develop business and customer dialogue

• Develop the business locally and create long-term customer relationships – primarily within industry and the private sector
• Identify new business opportunities and work closely with customers to meet their needs

Build culture and working methods

• Actively contribute to culture, well-being, and work environment
• Collaborate with site managers in the region and contribute to joint improvements

Good to know

The role is based in Norrköping and you will report to the regional manager. You will lead a team of about ten employees and be part of a management forum with your colleagues from Linköping, Nyköping, and Örebro. We prefer that you can be on-site regularly and offer some flexibility. The position includes a security clearance (background check and register check). Requirement for Swedish citizenship.

Must-have requirements

• Experience leading personnel in service, installation, electrical, or similar technical operations
• Good experience in customer dialogue and building relationships
• Basic business understanding (budget, planning, follow-up)
• Driving license B
• Good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience with financial responsibility or having built teams/operations
• Experience from the security industry
• Familiarity with working both operationally and strategically
