Your Responsibilities

Do you want to work closely with the business and contribute to well-founded financial decisions in an international organization? We are now looking for an analytical and driven Business Controller for Siemens Energy who wants to help develop both the business and Siemens' financial processes.

About the Role

As a Business Controller, you will have a broad responsibility where you analyze and follow up on the results within your area of responsibility. You will work closely with both local and global stakeholders and play an important role in creating transparency and decision-making support for management.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and follow up on P&L development as well as relevant KPIs such as Absorption, SG&A, and Gross Profit

• Present financial analyses and insights clearly and pedagogically to management and the business

• Work with monthly closings, budgeting, and forecasting processes for site and business unit

• Collaborate closely with Business Area and other commercial functions in the global organization

• Support the business in financial matters

• Develop, streamline, and digitalize financial processes

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Controlling, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent commercial education

• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (Swedish is an advantage but not a requirement)

• Good knowledge of SAP and Excel (strongly preferred)

• As a person, you are structured, efficient, and analytical. You are a team player who enjoys collaboration while taking personal responsibility and driving improvements and development in your area.
