About the Position

We are now looking for a Communicator for a temporary position starting in March 2026 until August 31, 2027. As a communicator at Nodra, we can offer you a broad role where you will have the opportunity to work with communication at both a strategic and operational level. You will work, together with the company's other communicators, to develop and manage Nodra's communication channels, communicate Nodra's ongoing and upcoming projects, and work on behavior change towards defined target groups. You will carry out both internal and external communication efforts and provide communication support to the entire organization.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

Create new materials, adapt content, and publish in Nodra's digital channels such as intranet, info-TV, external website, and social media, as well as in purchased channels
Contribute to increased digital accessibility (according to web directives)
Be communication support to our operations unit during water leaks, changes in our waste collection, and other temporary disruptions in our delivery

This role also includes responsibility for planning, creating, and following up on target group-adapted content for Nodra's social media.

About You

We are looking for someone with a university degree in communication or equivalent, as well as some years of experience in the communicator profession. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and find it easy to express yourself in speech and writing. You have the ability to make complex information understandable and interesting, and you are used to adapting messages to different target groups and channels. You have experience in editorial work and image management, and it is an advantage if you have also worked with digital accessibility before. To work with our intranet and our external website, you need to have knowledge of web publishing. You see working in social channels as integrated parts of the communication assignment. You are a regular user of design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. It is advantageous if you have knowledge in producing moving material and video production for social channels. As a person, you are creative, solution-oriented, and have an easy time building good relationships internally and externally. You have the capacity to support several assignments simultaneously. You are self-driven and take personal responsibility but also work well in a team and have good collaboration skills.
