About the Position

As an HR Partner, you will have a central and versatile role where you coach and support a selection of managers across the entire HR field. You translate the organization's strategic and tactical goals into concrete HR solutions and drive implementation with engagement and quality. The HR department currently has 32 employees who together guide the organization and its 130 managers through everyday life in a broad HR function.

In this role, you will work closely with both management teams and individual managers on strategic, tactical, and operational HR issues. Through a coaching and challenging approach, you contribute HR expertise and become an important partner in the organization’s development and change efforts.

You will also work with HR key figures at both strategic and tactical levels to create insights and value for the organization. Together with HR specialists and HR administrators, you will develop and implement processes, working methods, and tools that strengthen the organization. As the organization is geographically dispersed, travel may be required.

We are looking for someone who
  • Has at least a three-year academic education in the HR field or other education or work experience that we consider equivalent.
  • Has at least five (5) years of work experience in broad HR work at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, where talent management, work environment, labor law, recruitment, organizational development, change management, process work, as well as mapping and analysis have been a natural part.
  • Has experience in change management both in projects and in daily operations.
  • Has work experience in providing managerial support in a partner role and has either been part of or worked closely with a management team in a larger organization with complexity in its mission.
  • Has good knowledge of and practical experience in working with talent management, transition work, work environment issues, and salary formation.
  • Has experience in supporting managers and conducting team and leadership development initiatives.
  • Has experience in conducting training and presentations and enjoys standing in front of a group.
  • Has a good ability to express oneself in speech and writing in Swedish.

Meritorious:

  • Experience of operational work in a 24/7 environment, understanding its complexity.
  • Experience with a security clearance process and conducting security clearance interviews.
  • HR work within the maritime industry.
About the Employment

This is a consulting assignment with employment at OIO. From the start, you will have access to a dedicated consulting manager, Per Carnestedt, who will accompany you throughout the assignment.

  • Scope: Full-time, 6 months (with the possibility of extension).
  • Start: Immediately
  • Location: Norrköping, on-site (at least) Tue-Thu.
