Customer Service Representative at Martin & Servera
The Martin & Servera Group consists of thirteen companies with strong brands specializing in various parts of the wholesale chain. What will you do?
As a customer service representative, you will assist our customers and ensure they receive professional service, requested help, and resolve any arising issues. You will handle returns, complaints, and take all necessary actions to effectively resolve each complaint case.
You will ensure that cases are escalated within the organization, which involves a lot of contact with employees in other functions of the company such as finance, supply chain, transport, and warehouse. No two days in customer service are the same, and during busy periods, you will handle many different cases simultaneously.

To succeed, we believe that you:
- Have at least a high school diploma, and we would like you to have experience in customer contact and service combined with administrative tasks.
- Have worked in service, preferably with experience in handling cases that arise when something goes wrong. Therefore, you are a person with a fantastic ability to solve problems in a simple and solution-focused way with the customer in mind.
If you also have knowledge and interest in the products found in restaurant kitchens, it will make your work even more enjoyable and educational. You learn different systems, routines, and processes easily. If you have the ability to make quick decisions, take initiative, and enjoy working in a sometimes fast-paced environment, you will thrive in this role.
Your workplace
In Norrköping, about 470 employees work. We sit in bright, fresh, and environmentally friendly offices with an open floor plan.
The customer service team currently consists of 15 employees and is part of the logistics organization in Norrköping and Enköping. Our team has a good mix of ages and competencies. We adapt and keep our spirits up when things may not go as planned. We communicate with each other and are clear in our feedback. This way, we lay the foundation for a good collaborative climate every day. Most importantly, we have fun at work!
