About the roleAs a customer service representative at Anticimex, you will be responsible for incoming customer inquiries via phone and email within pest control. The role is advisory and service-oriented, where you guide customers, register inquiries in the system, book pest control measures, and provide advice on pest identification. The work requires focus, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. The position is located at the office in Norrköping and involves close collaboration with colleagues in the team.

You take responsibility for your work, are solution-oriented, and take feedback to continuously develop and become even better in the role.

Requirements

• Good computer and system skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Approved background check

It is an advantage if you have experience from a previous service job, advisory role, or similar industry. Additional languages beyond Swedish and English are also a big plus.Practical information
