Your Role

We are now looking for a service-oriented and engaged Logistics Support Specialist who wants to ensure the flow of customer repairs and spare parts to our global support operations. You will be part of a growing and dynamic team working to guarantee high availability for Saab's Special Mission Aircrafts, a product that contributes to our vision: to create security for communities and people.

Your role includes managing repairs and spare parts, preparing quotes, coordinating technical inquiries, and monitoring warranties and invoicing.

Our Special Mission Aircrafts are based on the Global 6000, Global 6500, Saab 2000, and Saab 340 aircraft. The role may require occasional travel, both within and outside Sweden, to support customers on-site and participate in customer activities that strengthen relationships.

You will be a central interface between the customer and Saab's internal organization, working closely with project management, purchasing, technical staff, and other functions. The tasks vary in both complexity and scope, providing you with great opportunities for development. Together, we will create an individual development plan based on your experiences, interests, and goals.

The role belongs to the In-Service Support section, which is responsible for integrated support solutions for cost-effective operation of our Special Mission Aircrafts throughout their lifecycle. We support both new and existing customers in their ability to operate and maintain, for example, GlobalEye.

Qualifications:

• Education or at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• In-depth knowledge of logistics management, regulations, and export management.
• Experience from logistics/supply chain within the aviation industry.
• Experience with IFS Sherpa.
• Experience with ServiceNow.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may, in some cases, be requirements for certain citizenship.
