Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague for our customer service within parking. With us, you help people across the country when parking doesn't work as it should.

This may involve issues such as a garage barrier not opening, payment problems, a charging station not starting, or a customer being unsure about how parking works at the location.

The customer service is staffed around the clock and receives inquiries via intercom, phone, and email. You will handle several different types of inquiries simultaneously, often in a fast-paced environment, and work to resolve them directly and efficiently. In addition to handling incoming inquiries, administrative tasks such as handling cancellations and appeals of control fees according to decisions made are also included.

In this role, you will work independently for most of the night. This means you will have significant responsibility and freedom in your work, and the opportunity to manage how you handle inquiries within our routines and guidelines. At the same time, support and assistance from colleagues and management are always available when needed.

The position is a part-time employment with evening and night shifts, between 6 PM and 6 AM. You will work an average of two shifts per week, and there is also the possibility of shorter evening shifts.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Approved grades in Swedish and English from high school
  • You must be at least 18 years old

Desirable

  • Previous experience in customer service via phone
  • Knowledge or experience in parking

As you will be using a computer as your primary tool, we also prefer that you have good computer skills. Experience working in various types of systems while speaking with customers will be advantageous in this role.

As a person, we believe you are service-oriented, calm, and organized, capable of handling periods of high work tempo. We also hope that you have a strong interest in technology and find it easy to understand instructions.

For employment within Securitas Sweden AB, it is required that you have approved grades from high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to each regulation, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns legality, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information obtained may come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a holistic assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
