Senior Sourcing Leader at Rimaster Electrosystem

About the Position

As a senior sourcing leader, you play a key role in ensuring that the company has the right materials, at the right time and at the right cost. You map and develop processes, implement purchasing strategies, and build a strong global supplier network. You work on analyzing the supplier market, exploring/evaluating suppliers, and negotiating robust and cost-effective agreements. You are an engaged person who enjoys coaching and developing others in the purchasing team, where you contribute your expertise in both operational and strategic matters. You create strong collaborations internally and externally and become part of an organization where cooperation and development are in focus. You will be based in Rimforsa and report directly to the CEO.

• Design and improve processes, working methods, and tools to ensure long-term competitiveness.
• Build strong global supplier networks and develop partnerships focused on quality, sustainability, and innovation.
• Support and coach the purchasing team in both operational and strategic matters.
• Actively contribute to our overall business strategy by creating value and new opportunities.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience from the international manufacturing industry, preferably at the intersection of technology and business. You have solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier development. Furthermore, we see that you are used to driving change, developing processes, and people. It is important that you have the ability to build trust and relationships, both internally and externally. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You have strong communication skills, are analytical, and can make decisions based on data and weigh different scenarios. You are engaged, curious, and want to drive change while being motivated by leading other people. You are attentive and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in the supply chain, technology, and people.
