Lindab Sweden is looking for a new salesperson for our store in Linköping. As a salesperson, you will serve our B2B customers with your technical knowledge of our product range while ensuring that we have a well-stocked and appealing Proffsbutik. The salesperson's duties also include loading and unloading transports with a forklift as well as packing and ensuring correct product deliveries to Lindab's customers. As a salesperson, it is important that you recognize the significance of your role in following the customer throughout the delivery process, from consultation and active sales to proactively working on the customer experience in the store, including understanding the importance of a correct delivery.
As part of this position, you will also have an additional focus as Team Lead in addition to your role as a salesperson. This means a responsibility to lead and distribute the daily work in the Proffsbutik, create and further develop routines and processes together with the Regional Manager, but also to lead, support, and motivate the team daily so that everyone works towards the same set goals. In your focus as Team Lead, you will also have the opportunity to be a driving force in developing the region and ensuring good and time-efficient progress.
You will be offered a position with varied tasks where you will work alongside colleagues in sales to professional customers, maintaining order in the Proffsbutik, inventory management, loading and unloading goods, as well as supporting employees and developing the store.
What are your responsibilities?
- Actively work with B2B store sales to sheet metal workshops and ventilation contractors
- Actively work to ensure Lindab is our customers' best supplier
- Resolve our customers' challenges in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Ensure a well-stocked and inviting store for our customers
- Unpack and display goods as well as pack and ship goods to customers
- Ensure that we have the right product range and volume in the store
- Stay actively updated on customer offerings and product knowledge
In addition to your responsibilities as a Proffssäljare, the role of Team Leader will also be included:
- Lead and distribute the daily work in the Proffsbutik and in production
- Create and further develop routines around both areas of responsibility
- Develop routines, processes, and well-being at the branch together with the Regional Manager
- Display selling add-on products in the fine store
- Ensure that customers receive efficient and professional service with excellent treatment

Since the tasks will vary, there are high demands on your ability to structure your work and prioritize what is most important at the moment. You will plan and organize your work for the day, and having logical thinking and the ability to see the big picture in daily work is a requirement for making the days work. Being unpretentious and respectful in your leadership is a requirement.
