What you do In the role of sales customer coordinator , you will be offered a varied and dynamic everyday life involving daily customer contact with companies, individuals, and internal colleagues within Anticimex. Here you will have the opportunity to help our customers make informed decisions while contributing to strengthening the company's success.

You will handle both incoming and outgoing customer calls and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This may involve adjustments and designs to retain or regain a customer who wishes to terminate their contract. It may also involve situations where a dissatisfied customer wishes to engage in a dialogue about how we can find solutions to emerging problems or disagreements together. To succeed, you will also work proactively, delve into potential contract terminations, identify underlying needs, and find solutions. Through your relationship-building, you will play a key role in Anticimex's long-term customer relationships and simultaneously increase customer loyalty.

Examples of additional tasks and responsibilities:

  • Compile, analyze, and report relevant key figures and statistics

  • Ensure efficient and high-quality case management

  • Continuously identify improvements in working methods and processes

You will belong to the Customer Care department and report to the group manager.

Who you are To thrive, you appreciate varied and eventful workdays with pace and energy, but above all, you are motivated by providing high-class service. You have the ability to analyze, plan, and structure your time, be proactive and take initiative, and enjoy taking responsibility. Previous experience in service roles and customer service will hopefully facilitate how you prioritize.

We also see that you:

  • would preferably have sales experience in both B2B and/or B2C

  • are used to working with goals and follow-ups

  • have knowledge of sales methodology

  • have good computer skills and experience working with statistics

Good to know

  • We apply a six-month probationary period for all positions

  • You will work from the office in Norrköping

  • We speak Swedish, but sometimes also English

  • Tests are part of the recruitment process
