Our primary goal is to reduce recidivism – to break the vicious cycle. If we succeed, society will be safer and more secure for everyone. We are the authority responsible for prisons, probation, remand prisons, and client transportation.

The Correctional Service's Service Center (KSC) supports the authority in personnel and economic administrative services, support functions, booking of business trips and conferences, as well as the authority's switchboard function. The goal of KSC is to reduce administration for managers and client-facing staff through a mix of centralization and enhanced support.

The positions are located within the customer center section. The section's responsibilities include travel and conference booking, switchboard, visitor booking, office services, reception, and administrative support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The positions are placed in the Travel and Conference Booking group. Travel booking includes planning and booking trips and hotels for Correctional Service employees and clients, as well as booking conferences. We book trips in various web-based booking systems and the role involves close contact with our contractual suppliers. We work in teams to provide good service and quality. We actively work to develop our staff and our services.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Complete upper secondary education in the form of a diploma or secondary school certificate
• Experience in service work
• Experience in travel and/or conference booking
• Previous experience in service via telephone
• Ability to express oneself well in spoken and written Swedish
• Good knowledge of the Office suite

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from a travel agency, hotel, or other booking service
• Experience working in case management systems
• Experience working in a government authority
• Experience with the following systems: Trio Agent, TripRacer, or other travel-related web booking systems
