Now you have the chance to become an important part of the sales team at Wistbo Information. We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven salesperson who enjoys being the face of our company and maintaining good customer contact in both physical and digital meetings.

At the family-owned company Wistbo Information, you will take on significant responsibility, and with your skills and experience, contribute to attracting new customers as well as advising and supporting the continued development of our existing customers. Together, we want to help our customers step into the future of operational communication!

Job Responsibilities:

As a salesperson at Wistbo Information, you will be responsible for driving the sales process from start to finish, creating personal and lasting relationships with future and existing customers, and together with the sales manager developing sales plans, strategies, and sales activities, as well as contributing with sensitivity to prospects and customers to continuously improve our business model and service. In the role of salesperson, you will also act as a project manager, responsible for planning, monitoring progress, risks, and communication with all parties involved in the project.

To succeed in the role of salesperson:

It is important to thrive in an environment where engagement, adaptability, and the ability to meet many different people and roles are prioritized. It is also crucial to have an inner drive, the ability to take initiatives, and push business forward, even when, as in our industry, there can be long lead times. Patience is essential as you need to be able to shift between quieter periods and more intense periods throughout the year.

We need someone who wants to develop both personally and professionally.

You need to have:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious:

  • Some experience in leading various types of projects, both independently and together with your team.
  • Social Selling: Experience with digital sales and understanding the importance of marketing communication in your sales cycle. Please provide examples of previous digital sales work from platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Experience in needs analysis, feasibility studies, or similar methodologies.
