The role is suitable for you who have solid experience in procurement within construction, real estate, or related fields and who want to work strategically in complex project environments 🌍

You will act as a procurement expert in projects and be responsible for defining purchasing and supplier strategies with a focus on cost, quality, and long-term business goals. The role involves close collaboration with internal functions such as project management, legal, and controlling, as well as dialogue with suppliers at both national and international levels.

Responsibilities Participate as a procurement expert in project meetings and drive purchasing strategies Be responsible for the procurement of construction and support services, technical construction equipment, and engineering services Create and conduct tender processes and evaluate supplier offers Conduct price and contract negotiations including add-ons and claims management Perform needs, market, and supplier analyses Define and implement procurement strategies for your material areas Be responsible for supplier management including qualification, evaluation, and development Plan, follow up, and document cost savings Ensure the use of digital purchasing processes and systems Collaborate closely with internal interfaces within projects, legal, and finance

Requirements Relevant higher education in construction, engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent Several years of experience in project procurement within construction, real estate, or related areas Good knowledge of contract law and procurement in projects Experience in supplier strategy and supplier development Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing Good system proficiency and experience in digital procurement environments
