We are now looking for a Project Buyer for a consulting assignment in Finspång, where you will be an important part of the project purchasing organization and work closely with both internal stakeholders and suppliers worldwide 🌍

In this role, you will be responsible for your own supplier base and act as the hub in the supply chain. You will work according to established routines but also handle quick matters and problem-solving in your daily work. Together with the team, you will ensure high purchasing quality and contribute to continuous improvements.

The assignment is performed on-site in Finspång, and you will be part of a close-knit team with both junior and senior colleagues 🤝

Responsibilities Negotiate project-specific purchase orders based on agreed terms and price lists. Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, guidelines, and processes. Build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers. Monitor delivery precision and supplier performance. Manage purchase orders and related administration. Identify and communicate delivery risks that may affect the business. Collaborate closely with other functions in the purchasing and project organization. Actively contribute to digitalization and improvement initiatives.

Requirements Experience in purchasing or procurement in a project environment. Strong ability to build trusting relationships internally and externally. Familiarity with working in SAP. Excellent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
