Job Description:
In the role of cashier and information staff at BAUHAUS, you have an important role as BAUHAUS's face to our customers. You will work at our checkout line with regular cashier tasks and at our information desk with customer service, where your duties include answering questions via the info desk, email, and phone. You are our first point of contact for handling complaints and returns, so it is important that you are service-minded, professional, and attentive to the customer's needs and wishes.
BAUHAUS's season starts before summer, and therefore the position begins in April by agreement and lasts until August. The job is for 10 to 20 hours a week.
You will be part of a team of skilled employees who all work to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and colleagues. BAUHAUS has a large, varied, and exciting range of products, and no two days are alike. You will thrive with us! Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who can work varied hours, including daytime, evening, and weekends. Since we operate in the service industry, it is essential that you are service- and customer-focused. We appreciate if you are a solution-oriented and flexible person who always tries to maintain a positive attitude.
We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. It is a plus if you are practically inclined with industry experience, but it is not a requirement. You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish in both spoken and written form and in English in spoken form.
