Senior Business Developer in Customer Service

Do you want to contribute to creating efficient, customer-oriented, and modern working methods? Do you have experience in process development, change management, and driving improvement work? We are now looking for a Senior Business Developer with specific expertise in customer service flows who wants to strengthen and develop the customer service operations of a company in Norrköping.

About the Position

As a Business Developer, you will work both operationally and strategically to map, analyze, and develop customer service flows. You will collaborate closely with customer service, communication, system owners for customer systems and case management, other business developers, and other parts of the organization.

The role suits you who have a structured working method, enjoy driving development work, and have the ability to create clarity in both processes and communication. You work independently but in close dialogue with the business to ensure that changes are both feasible and effective.

Your Responsibilities

As a Business Developer, you will among other things:

  • Map, analyze, and document existing customer service flows
  • Identify areas for improvement from customer, business, and system perspectives
  • Develop and propose future working methods, processes, and flows
  • Ensure that processes are customer-oriented, efficient, and comply with applicable governance
  • Contribute to requirements specification, further development, and implementation of system support
  • Support change work and implementation of new working methods
  • Write routines and checklists
  • Document process flows and visualize current vs. future state
  • Clarify efficiency potential, such as reduced number of working hours
  • Ensure documented deliveries and handover to the client

You will work closely with the unit's other business developers, where your colleague has a particular focus on system development.

About You

You are confident in your experience and have a professional and analytical approach to development work. You thrive in a role where you can combine structure, communication, and change management.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development with a focus on customer service flows or a corresponding area
  • Very good ability to work in a structured and analytical manner
  • Experience in leading workshops and working meetings
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both business and IT
  • Strong documentation skills for processes, flows, and routines
  • Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing

About the Assignment

This is a consulting assignment via Adecco. We will place great emphasis on your experience, your ability to lead development work, and your personal suitability. The assignment starts on March 1, 2026, and runs until March 2027.
