About the Position

The role involves working in the purchasing system Hansa to carry out purchase orders for indirect materials and services, in collaboration with colleagues at Saab and external suppliers. You will handle cases within Procurement Support and provide assistance to internal customers.

You will work closely with strategic buyers, including in the selection of call-off and invoicing methods, and support the administration of contracts, DocuSign, and sourcing projects. The role also includes responsibility for ensuring correct and updated system content regarding products, prices, and contract terms. Furthermore, you will engage in dialogue with internal and external stakeholders, be responsible for supplier onboarding and system setup (e.g., punch-out and catalogs), and work with reports and data analysis related to purchasing operations.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Send inquiries, evaluate offers, and negotiate prices where contracts are missing
• Create purchase orders based on purchasing needs, monitor deliveries, and manage invoices
• Analyze supplier performance
• Conduct purchase preparation
• Ensure export control requirements are handled and met

Who Are You?

You need to have completed post-secondary education in operational purchasing or have equivalent work experience in the field. Previous experience working in business systems, preferably IFS, and good knowledge of Excel is an advantage. Since you will be working with customers both nationally and internationally, it is a requirement that you can express yourself both in writing and verbally in both Swedish and English.
