We are now looking for a Project Buyer for an exciting consulting assignment in Finspång. You will be part of an open and dynamic work environment where both professional and personal development are encouraged.

In this role, you will have clear responsibility for your supplier base and act as a central link between internal functions and external suppliers worldwide. You will work both systematically according to established processes and handle more urgent matters that require problem-solving and good collaboration skills.

You will be part of an established team with a good mix of junior and senior expertise, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are a natural part of everyday life.

• Negotiate project-specific purchase orders according to agreed terms and price lists

• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, guidelines, and processes

• Be responsible for and further develop relationships with suppliers

• Ensure delivery precision and follow up on supplier performance

• Create and manage purchase orders in the business system

• Identify and communicate delivery risks that may affect the business

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on purchasing-related issues

• Work on continuous improvements within purchasing and supply chain

• Actively participate in the company's digitalization efforts

• Documented experience in purchasing/procurement

• Experience working in SAP

• Good negotiation and communication skills

• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

• Good analytical skills and experience in problem-solving

• Able to work systematically, prioritize, and meet deadlines

• Commercial and financial understanding
