🏭 About the assignment We are looking for an engaged and experienced logistics project planner to join an established team working with advanced project and logistics planning. In this role, you will help ensure effective project deliveries through structured planning, analysis, and follow-up. You will be an important part of project execution and work closely with both internal and cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals, timelines, and milestones are achieved.
🛠️ Your responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and following up on project plans and schedules, as well as conducting analyses of material flows and project data. You will actively work in systems such as SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik for planning, follow-up, and analysis. The work also involves identifying trends and areas for improvement, managing deviations, ensuring compliance with project standards, and following up on material flows for various interfaces. A key part of the assignment is also resource planning, focusing on project execution and ongoing personnel needs.
📦 Expected deliveries You are expected to deliver updated and quality-assured project plans, ensure correct follow-up of progress, and contribute to improved working methods within project planning and logistics. The role requires you to manage multiple parallel projects and create structure even in complex and changing environments.
👤 Your profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in planning, project management, or another relevant field. • Experience in project planning and scheduling in technical or industrial environments. • Familiarity with data-driven project follow-up and analysis. • Experience with SAP, Primavera P6, and/or Qlik Sense is an advantage. • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
🤝 Personal qualities • Analytical, structured, and proactive in your work approach. • Good prioritization skills and experience in managing multiple parallel tasks and projects. • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own deliveries. • Strong communication skills and comfortable in dialogue with various stakeholders, both internally and externally. • Ability to balance customer focus with internal project goals.
