As a Logistic Project Manager, you will work with planning and monitoring logistics and project flows in a technically complex environment. The assignment involves close collaboration with various functions where you contribute to ensuring that projects are executed according to plan, with the right resources and efficient material flows. The role is suitable for you who thrive in a structured and analytical environment where planning, coordination, and improvement work are in focus.

• Develop, update, and follow up project plans and timelines

• Work with scheduling and project planning in SAP, Primavera P6, and Qlik

• Conduct analyses of material flows and ensure effective logistics solutions

• Monitor project progress and ensure that milestones are achieved

• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement

• Ensure that projects are conducted according to applicable standards and regulations

• Manage deviations and follow up material flows between different interfaces

• Participate in and support resource planning with a focus on implementation and ongoing staffing needs

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in planning, project management, or a related field

• Experience in project planning and scheduling

• Strong analytical skills and accustomed to working in a structured manner

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

• Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

• Experience with SAP

• Experience with Primavera P6

• Experience with Qlik or Qlik Sense

• Previous work in logistics or material flow planning

• Assignment type: Consulting assignment

• Scope: Full-time

• Location: Finspång

• Work format: On-site at least 3 days a week

• Start: As soon as possible, by agreement
