About us

Norstat Sweden AB is Sweden's leading company in data collection/market research.

From our office in Linköping, we conduct many thousands of market surveys via telephone each year, as well as recruiting respondents for more qualitative studies. We use well-documented methods to collect reliable data on all conceivable topics.

Through our call center, we also continuously recruit new members for our online panel, panel.se.

Norstat has offices in 15 countries and is Northern Europe's largest data collector for all types of surveys. In Sweden, we are represented in Stockholm, Linköping, and Gothenburg.

About the position

You will work with market research where topics and methods vary. The surveys are primarily conducted through telephone interviews, but you may also have the opportunity to conduct personal interviews and recruit individuals to participate in product tests, focus groups, and user tests.

During the day, we primarily target companies, and in the evenings/weekends, we focus on private individuals.

As an interviewer, you need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in telephone work or service is an advantage.
