Account Manager – Public Sector

We are now looking for an account manager with experience in the public sector and public procurement, who wants to work long-term with our contractual customers in municipalities, regions, and other public organizations.

The role encompasses several product group areas, including printed materials, promotional items, office supplies, gifts, and other consumables. You will be an important link between the customer, the contract, and our internal organization.

About the Role

As an account manager in the public sector, you are responsible for developing and managing our contracted agreements and customer relationships.

The work is both operational and business-oriented, with a high degree of personal responsibility.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ongoing contact with public contractual customers
• Monitoring of agreements related to printed materials, promotional items, office supplies, gifts, and consumables
• Ensuring that deliveries, prices, and assortments comply with contracted terms
• Proactive development of collaboration within existing framework agreements
• Dialogue with customers regarding needs, improvements, and ordering procedures
• Internal coordination with sales, purchasing, administration, and logistics
• Interpretation of contracts and internal support in contract and procurement-related matters

You will work closely with the customer and play a central role in creating structure, security, and long-term value in the collaboration.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Excellent Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Good English
• Experience working with the public sector
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of LOU and public procurement
• Experience in contract management or account responsibility
• Experience in one or more of the following product groups:
• printed materials, promotional items, office supplies, gifts, or consumables
• Post-secondary education in sales, purchasing, or logistics
