Description

We are looking for an experienced Buying Professional for procurement in construction and real estate-related projects. You will work closely with the project organization and be responsible for purchasing strategies, supplier selection, and negotiations in complex projects.

Responsibilities

Responsible for procurement of construction, technical, and engineering services
Create and evaluate bids and conduct negotiations
Define and implement purchasing strategies
Supplier management and market analysis
Ensure compliance with processes and digital purchasing systems
Collaborate closely with project management, legal, and finance

Qualifications

Must-haves:

Relevant university degree (engineering/construction/industrial economics or equivalent)
Several years of experience in project purchasing within construction or real estate
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent Swedish and English

Preferred:

Experience with international projects
Knowledge of contract and procurement law

Conditions

Consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us and leased to the client
Full-time, on-site in Finspång
