Requirements for the position

• We expect you to have relevant higher education and/or several years of qualified experience in forwarding.
• You thrive in a varied transport operation with a fast pace and are motivated to work in a dynamic environment. You have a good ability to structure and prioritize your work, even when the pace is high and situations change rapidly.
• You are flexible, solution-oriented, and confident in organizing your work efficiently.
• You have a natural sense for customer relations and collaboration with both customers and partners. You remain calm in stressful situations, are stable, and can easily adapt to sudden changes.
• You are cost-conscious and service-oriented, with the ability to find the right solution at the right price. You take great responsibility for your tasks and show commitment and a willingness to contribute to and develop the business.
• You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills, such as German, are a plus.
• We expect you to have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with business systems.
• You master the Swedish language fluently in both spoken and written form.
