Biltema markets more than 19,000 items. Our vision is to make it financially easier for people to have a car, boat, home, tools, and high-quality leisure products, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. About the position

Are you looking for a fun and educational part-time/summer job? Then we have the perfect position for you at Biltema Norrköping! We are now looking for a group of stars who want to work in our café this summer.

As a store employee in our café, you are an important part of the customer experience. You will work with sales, receive deliveries from suppliers, and ensure that the café is always clean, pleasant, and well-stocked. You greet every customer with a smile and work together with your colleagues in a fast-paced environment – the workdays are varied and filled with energy.

In addition to café work, you will participate in the daily operations of the store. Together with the team, you will ensure that the store is always ready for sales and that every customer receives first-class service.

The introduction will begin in early spring, so it is an advantage if you can start before the summer. For those who show initiative, there are good opportunities for extra work during the fall and winter as well.

About you

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in café operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach each workday with energy, joy, and initiative. You are not afraid to think outside the box and contribute your own ideas.

You are a service-oriented person who always keeps the customer in focus. You enjoy taking on new challenges and find it easy to learn new things and share your knowledge. We prefer candidates with previous experience in café work and who are comfortable with the tasks involved. If you also appreciate structure and order, you will fit perfectly with us.
