About the position

In the role of customer service representative within the area of finance and patients, your task is to handle patient inquiries over the phone and chat. You will manage orders for incontinence and nutrition products, answer questions regarding patient invoices, regulations in healthcare, and fees for patients. Other common tasks include registering, for example, care choices and high-cost protection fees. We document all cases in our case management system.

The position is a consulting assignment with a desired start as soon as possible and runs for 6 months with a good chance of extension. Selection and interviews are ongoing.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and at least one year of experience in customer service or support. Since we handle inquiries via phone, chat, and case management systems, good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for the position. It is advantageous if you have previously worked in public service and dealt with invoice management.

As a person, you are positive, engaged, and service-oriented. You are responsible and goal-oriented in your work and appreciate working in a team in close collaboration with colleagues. Being customer-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious is a given for you.

It is important to be adaptable and solution-oriented to adjust according to the customer's needs or the organization's planning. Therefore, you possess the ability to work in a structured and methodical way even under stressful conditions.
