We are now looking for an experienced Billing Project Business Process Owner for a long-term and business-critical consulting assignment with our client in the security and alarm services sector. The assignment is a key role in a comprehensive international transformation program where a new Billing solution is being implemented for several Nordic countries. The role is strategic, business-oriented, and also operationally hands-on.

The assignment is primarily located on-site in Linköping and involves close collaboration with international teams in Sweden, Portugal, Spain, and France.

As a Billing Project Business Process Owner, you will be part of the Billing Project Functional Team and have overall responsibility for the implementation and further development of billing processes and related solutions. You will lead the introduction of the Billing solution in Sweden during 2026–2027 and subsequently in Norway and Finland during 2027–2028.

In this role, you will act as the Business Process Owner for several central components in the Billing architecture, such as:

• Billing Core
• Catalogue
• Customer Manager (front-end)
• Payment Manager
• Order Manager
• Revenue Recognition

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the implementation of the Billing solution and processes in close collaboration with the business and IT
• Conducting process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analyses, and managing change requests
• Ensuring compliance with the global template while challenging and quality assuring local requirements
• Developing functional designs for necessary adaptations
• Planning and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test cases, test data, training of testers, execution, and defect management
• Coordinating testing across multiple modules and cross-functional teams
• Participating in strategy and execution of data migration
• Contributing to cutover planning and follow-up
• Actively participating during the hypercare phase post-go-live

To be considered for this assignment, we expect you to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing subscription billing processes and systems
• At least 3 years of documented hands-on experience with subscription billing and complex business models
• Experience with billing platforms such as Zuora Billing, SAP BRIM, or Oracle NetSuite Billing
• Experience with ARIA Systems is highly desirable
• Solid experience in requirements analysis, process design, UAT, and change management
• The ability to explain complex system and process issues to the business in a pedagogical manner
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Relevant university degree
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
