We are looking for a Global Purchasing Controller for an international company with a global purchasing organization. The role is critical to operations and involves close collaboration between purchasing and finance, focusing on monitoring, analysis, and transparency in purchasing data. You will work at a global level with reporting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring for several divisions in Europe and become an important link between Purchasing, Finance, and other functions. You will collaborate daily with stakeholders in Sweden, Germany, and the Czech Republic.

• Responsible for purchase controlling with a focus on actual spend and KPI reporting for three divisions
• Develop forecasts related to purchasing (baseline and KPIs)
• Work with price maintenance and follow-up
• Monitor, oversee, and improve purchasing systems and processes
• Analyze and report on purchasing, master data, risk, and capacity
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and support the purchasing organization in decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Purchasing, Operations, IT, and other relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to the standardization, structure, and continuous improvement of controlling processes
• Support strategic initiatives and ESG-related monitoring within purchasing

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in controlling, preferably within purchasing and/or supply chain
• Experience from larger international or global organizations
• Academic degree (bachelor's or master's) in engineering or business administration
• Good system proficiency in ERP, preferably SAP
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

• Experience with global systems such as Power BI, PLM, or similar
