ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a part-time consultant who has a clear solution focus and can take their own initiatives and decisions. In the role of project assistant/administrator, you will work at Eventity's office in Linköping together with other team members in the project management team. The role includes overall financial work with a strong focus on invoicing. In addition to invoicing, handling supplier invoices, supplier contact, and other administrative tasks are primary. You will work with respective project managers to handle various matters that require good collaboration and a high sense of responsibility. The role involves a lot of contact with both internal and external parties, and we see that you have good verbal skills. To be considered for this position, you need to be available 1-2 days a week starting immediately.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Ongoing invoicing
  • Contribute to digitizing and streamlining existing workflows
  • Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers for accurate information and pricing
  • Administration of supplier invoices
  • Collaborate with project managers and other colleagues to produce statistics and documentation

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Are a student or have another occupation of at least 50% and have previous experience working in an administrative and coordinating role with a good ability to prioritize
  • Have previous experience in administrative work
  • Have excellent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form as this is required for the job
  • Possess good system knowledge and have an easy time understanding and adapting to new systems
  • Have the ability to work on-site at Lingmerths/Eventity's office in Linköping 1-2 times a week

It is an advantage if you have
