Summer Job as a Registrar at Tekniska verken!

About the Position:

As a registrar, you will work with the entire registration process, from assessing and classifying documents to creating registration numbers, registering, and closing cases. You will also handle requests for the release of public documents, ensure that archiving is done according to our information management plan, contribute to the digitization of physical documents, and organize and catalog in the physical archive.

We are looking for someone with a high school education and knowledge of the Office suite, as well as good proficiency in Swedish. We believe that you, as a candidate, are structured, security-conscious, and eager to learn new things. You should also enjoy working independently. Since the role involves working in various communication channels, you should be service-oriented and communicative. You need to be at least 18 years old and able to work the entire period to be considered for the summer job. If you have documented education or are studying to become an archivist, as well as experience in archive and information science, public administration, law, or equivalent, it is an advantage for the summer job. Furthermore, it is positive if you have knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the registration of public documents. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and your interest in information management.

About the Employment:

The employment is for the summer of 2026 during the period 2026-06-01 – 2026-08-31. The position is full-time, 100%.
