About the Immediate Team

Currently, the immediate group consists of two people – a controller and a scheduler – who together form a cheerful, close-knit, and efficient team. Both are younger colleagues who work closely together in their daily tasks. You will become the third member of this team and have both of these individuals by your side during the introduction.

The Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys puzzling, planning, and creating order in complex systems. In the role of Personnel Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling their shift workers – always in accordance with collective agreements and with a focus on both the needs of the business and the employees.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Schedule employees and ensure that work shifts comply with collective agreements and the needs of the business.
• Manage payroll data by producing and verifying taxi data for correct compensation.
• Establish rehabilitation plans and manage sickness cases as well as other absences.
• Administer deviations and approve deviation reports as well as update schedule changes in Swedtime.
• Prepare standby lists and staffing plans in case of illness or other urgent needs.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Scheduler/Coordinator or similar role
• Relevant higher vocational education in payroll administration, HR administration, staffing, or other relevant education

Meritorious:

• Good knowledge of collective agreements
• Good knowledge of the SwedeTime system
• Good knowledge of the Crona payroll program
• Previous industry experience
