HR Advisor for the People Support Team

Your Role

We are looking for two new employees for our fantastic People Support team for a fixed-term employment of one year, with good opportunities for extension. People Support contributes to the success of the organization by enabling efficient personnel processes through digitization, knowledge, training, and support. We currently have 15 people distributed between Stockholm, Linköping, and Gothenburg.

As an HR Advisor, you will work broadly within HR and support the organization by managing and resolving HR-related issues. You will provide advice and support to both employees and managers while ensuring that HR processes and cases are carried out efficiently and correctly.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• Staff the support phone and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Perform and deliver administrative HR services, including documentation and agreements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations within the HR field.
• Based on competence and ability, take on deeper responsibilities within various areas of responsibility, ensuring correct and efficient handling of HR processes and actively contributing to the development of the area of responsibility and its processes.
• Ensure that all HR-related information and knowledge is kept up to date and is accessible to both the team and other parts of the organization.

Our business is in constant development, and in this role, you are expected to develop in line with the company's needs and changes in tasks and responsibilities, as well as actively contribute to the continued development and improvement of the organization.

Your Profile

This is a versatile, broad, and varied role with a focus on daily delivery as well as long-term continuous development.

We see that you have:

• A degree in HR at the university level or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in similar HR positions.
• Good communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement work.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable for the role:

• Experience with the HR system Workday.
• Experience with the case management system ServiceNow.
• Interest or experience in the digitization of HR processes.
• Interest or experience in the globalization of HR processes.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for specific citizenship.
