Job Description
Do you have a passion for finding the right person for the right place? We are looking for a driven HR Generalist who wants to take the lead in our recruitment efforts and ensure that we attract and hire the best employees for our organization.
We are now seeking an HR Generalist focused on recruitment for SiS Youth Home Folåsa. This is the role for you if you want to take responsibility for the entire recruitment process. You will work closely with our managers to understand their needs and act as their strategic partner in recruitment matters. This means driving and developing the entire recruitment process – from job requirements and advertising to selection, interviews, and reference checks. Additionally, you will be involved in Employer Branding, actively working to promote SiS at fairs and training sessions to ensure we are visible where our future colleagues are. You will also eventually work on fine-tuning and developing our introduction and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging start for all new employees. As time allows, other typical HR Generalist tasks may also be performed. This means you may also work operationally, independently, and broadly across the entire HR area, which includes systematic work environment management, rehabilitation, competence development, labor law (conditions and agreements), and union negotiations. You will collaborate with various professional groups within the institution, within the agency, and with external stakeholders such as occupational health services. You have experience and knowledge of working with various personnel systems. We use Primula and Reachmee among others.
You will be part of the institution's HR group, which consists of another HR Generalist, HR Administrator, staffing planner, and Administrative Manager. You will also be part of the administration unit's working group, which includes kitchen, cleaning, property management, IT, purchasing, and financial administration.
The role of HR Generalist requires high availability, great attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is used to managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and works with good structure. You have a strong interest in and good knowledge of competence-based recruitment. You are also motivated to share your knowledge. You also need to have a good ability to take initiative and work goal-oriented in your role. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues. You are a good ambassador for both SiS and for a qualitative, competence-based recruitment process.
To perform the job effectively, we see the following requirements:
