By building an international collaboration with both suppliers and customers, we can capture thoughts, ideas, and needs which then form the basis of our ongoing work with product development and manufacturing of functional aids. In the Nordic market, we represent agencies from the USA, Canada, and Germany. The company has established sales in 26 countries.

Anatomic SITT AB's future plans are to continue our determined effort to develop and sell functional seating, standing, and walking aids.

As an administrator, you will work with the design and production of product-related materials such as user manuals, assembly instructions, order forms, and technical documentation. You will also participate in the development and updating of our websites and work with product images, videos, and visual materials.

The role includes internal and external communication regarding product news and updates. Through this work, you will have close contact with the entire organization and contribute to ensuring the correct and professional presentation of our products – both nationally and internationally.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role of administrator within our product and bid team, we see that you have a complete high school education and relevant experience in the aforementioned tasks.

With us, the role is not about traditional marketing. All work is based on our products and takes place within the framework of procurements and bids, focusing on item registers, technical documentation, order forms, and product materials.

We work a lot with register maintenance and administration, so good knowledge of Excel is particularly important. You have experience with the Microsoft Office suite as well as Photoshop and InDesign, and are a regular user of a business system. Experience with the Pyramid business system is an advantage. If you also have a background as an occupational therapist or physiotherapist, we see it as a plus.

You have a good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing as well as good knowledge of English. You have drive and are eager to contribute your own ideas and initiatives.

Through your natural ability to plan and structure your work, you can effectively prioritize your tasks and work towards set goals. Attentive, efficient, and meticulous are three characteristics that describe you in your work.

You thrive in an outgoing professional role and have a professional, service-oriented, and unpretentious approach in your contact with both external and internal customers. Experience in web design is an advantage.

Working Hours/Duration

Permanent, or probationary employment. Full-time. Daytime.

Salary

Fixed salary according to agreement.
