About the Position

We are looking for a Controller for a government agency in Linköping! After an introduction from the unit manager for operational support and procurement, you will support the organization with operational purchasing work and concurrently be responsible for a review of the purchasing process from need to invoice, delivery, and follow-up.

During the course of your work, you will identify areas for improvement and provide concrete proposals for improvements, with a particular focus on supply security, follow-up related to finance, cost control, and forecasting work. The proposals for change should be based on the agency's existing system structure and demonstrate how to maximize the system's utility and how both it and its application could potentially be complemented or reduced.

Assignment Period and Scope:

The position of Controller is a full-time consulting assignment starting on 2026-03-01 and is expected to last during a recruitment process at the agency, for a maximum of about 6 months.

Requirements for the Position:

• High school or equivalent education
• Completed education in the relevant field
• At least three (3) years of work experience as a controller
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., QlikView, Insikt, and Power BI)
• Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, etc.)
• Experience with government accounting
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
