We are looking for a Global Purchasing Controller for an assignment with one of our clients in Linköping. The role suits you who have experience in purchasing controlling, analysis, and follow-up in an international context and who thrives in a role with both structure and ad hoc elements. The assignment has a global perspective with responsibility for several divisions in different countries and offers the possibility of some remote work in the long run.

In the role of Global Purchasing Controller, you will be responsible for purchasing control and follow-up of actual expenses as well as KPI results for three divisions in Sweden, Germany, and the Czech Republic. You will work with baseline forecasting and KPI reporting, follow up and monitor price maintenance, and support and further develop purchasing systems and associated support. The role also includes ongoing analyses and other ad hoc tasks related to purchasing and controlling.

You will deliver structured and reliable reporting of purchasing costs and KPIs, clear forecasts and analyses that support decision-making, and contribute to improved processes and system support within the purchasing organization. You will also act as analytical support in various purchasing and controller-related issues.

• Experience working as a Purchasing Controller, Business Controller, or equivalent role in purchasing • Good experience in reporting, follow-up, and KPI management • Strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting work • Very good system experience, preferably from purchasing and business systems • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Experience working in an international organization • Experience in price monitoring and cost analysis within purchasing • Previous work improving processes and system support • Knowledge of relevant BI or reporting tools
