Are you an expert in Power BI who wants to drive the energy transition through data? We at Randstad Finance are now looking for an experienced BI Developer for an exciting consulting assignment at Siemens Energy in Finspång.

You will be part of the Digital Integration – Data Analytics department. Here, specialists come together to support Siemens Energy in their journey to become fully data-driven. The team's strength lies in close collaboration with the internal business, which requires both deep business understanding and strong networking. As the team grows, common processes and collaboration are central. We work in an international environment where we switch between Swedish and English daily, as several colleagues do not speak Swedish fluently.

As a BI Developer, you are the bridge between raw data and business insights. You are expected to:

• Design and develop intuitive dashboards in Power BI based on internal customer requirements.
• Interact closely with stakeholders to gather, understand, and prioritize user stories.
• Coach and guide internal customers towards simple, clear, and effective BI solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to define requirements for backend solutions.
• Ensure quality by applying best practices in data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

We are looking for a communicative analyst who can quickly grasp complex challenges.

• Experience: Ideally, you have around 5 years of experience in BI development.
• Technical expertise: Deep experience in Power BI is a requirement. Experience with Tableau is a plus.
• Consultative approach: You have extensive experience working directly with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Communication: You are a team player with strong problem-solving skills who speaks and writes both Swedish and English.
• Presence: The assignment is based in Finspång with a requirement for physical presence in the office at least 2 days a week.
